Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Processing or Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before an order has entered processing, packing or dispatch. Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible using the official contact details provided by Kisan Trading Co. Approval of cancellation will depend on the current status of the order.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been packed and handed over to a transport, courier or freight partner, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable transport, handling or other charges already incurred may be deducted or remain payable, depending on the order terms agreed with the customer.

3. Bulk and Custom Orders

Bulk, wholesale or specially prepared orders may involve advance sourcing, packing or logistics arrangements. Once such work has started, cancellation or refund eligibility will be considered according to the agreed quotation, purchase terms and order status.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligible Return or Refund Situations

Because agricultural and food products require careful handling, general returns due to change of mind may not be accepted. A customer may contact us for review where:

• The wrong product or agreed quantity has been supplied.
• The product or packaging has been significantly damaged during transit.
• The product does not reasonably match the agreed order specifications.
• Another issue covered by the written order or quotation terms has occurred.

For damaged, incorrect or quality-related claims, customers should notify us as soon as possible after delivery and provide the Order ID, invoice and clear photographs or video evidence where available.

2. Review and Resolution

After receiving a complaint, Kisan Trading Co. will review the order details and supporting information. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include replacement, adjustment, credit or refund as mutually agreed and applicable to the order.

3. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original or agreed payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
